Bay Point has 3 cottages that rent throughout the season. The cottages are located on the lake adjacent to the marina.

Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. All of our facilities are available for use during your stay at Bay Point. We can also provide guest dockage for your boat in our marina.

Bay Point offers discounted weekend packages during the spring and fall. These weekend packages run from mid-May to Memorial Day weekend, as well as after Labor Day weekend until the end of October.

Each cottage features a living-dining area. The kitchen includes a stove top, refrigerator and microwave. A picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring are provided. Unfortunately, Bay Point cannot accommodate pets in our cottages.
